What is your minimum on Screen Printing?

Our minimum is 36 pieces per graphic for custom printing and contract printing. All orders vary in price, depending on the quantity of apparel and the amount of colors in your graphic. For embroidery, the minimum is 12 pieces of hats or flats.  Machines need to be changed out when embroidering a flat surface (shirts) then a curved surface (hats).


Can you print all over jumbo screens and run off seams?

That requires different minimums and different applications.  Please email sales@palomarprinting.com for details.


What type of apparel do you have to offer?

What kind of ink techniques can you print?

We offer a variety of printing techniques such as: plastisol, water based, soft hand plastisol and discharge inks, as well as heat press printing and direct to garment digital printing.


What are the artwork requirements?

We need the files to be in a vector format such as .ai or eps. We can also accept Adobe PDFs, but only if the original embedded art is vector. For embroidery we also accept .jpg or .png. Please view the artwork requirements page.


How do I submit my artwork to you?

Simply email your artwork to artwork@palomarprinting.com.


What is contract embroidery?

Contract embroidery is when the customer supplies the apparel. Digitizing fees, set-up fees and production prices apply. E-mail us at sales@palomarprinting.com for details and a quote.


What is custom printing?

Custom printing is when we supply the apparel and the printing. The apparel and printing fees are one combined rate. View apparel styles here.



Do you offer samples?

 Sorry we do not offer this service.



Can you print on paper or do decal printing (stickers)?

Yes, we offer products such as business cards, postcards, flyers and more. We also offer custom decals and stickers, vinyl lettering, vehicle graphics, etc.


What is the largest screen you do?

The largest screen we can accommodate is 15” wide by 15” high before we have to use jumbo screens. When jumbo screens are used, different minimums, standards and pricing apply.  


What is your lead time or turn-around time?

The average turn-around time is 7-10 business days, from the time the artwork is approved for screen printing, embroidery and marketing materials (such as business cards, postcards, etc.). Promotional products may vary depending on the product.


Is there a cost difference between the printing techniques?

Yes, cost varies depending on the printing technique when standard ink, normal size and placement do not apply.


Can you ship my order?

Yes, we can ship your order anywhere in the US via UPS. Shipping costs vary depending on location, weight and expected date.


What areas can you print on?

Standard print locations are: Full front, full back, left front chest, back neck, sleeve, and side prints. If there is a particular print location you need but don't see listed here, give us a call at 508-856-7237 or email us at sales@palomarprinting.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Do you sell shirts made in the U.S.?
